Verify a certificate

Holding a Specialty Clearance or a Certificate of Authorship? Scan the QR code on it, or type the certificate ID printed beside the QR at the bottom right. No account needed.

You will be shown the material's title, author, school and registration number, to check against the document in your hand.

How a material becomes recognized

Learning materials submitted through eCLR-QARS follow the same route every time. Nothing reaches the Division for final approval without passing a quality check first, and the author can see exactly where their material stands at any point.

Contextualised for Sarangani

Materials are judged partly on how well they draw on local culture, language and community resources across the division's seven municipalities — Alabel, Maasim, Kiamba, Maitum, Malapatan, Glan and Malungon.

Certificates that can be checked

Each recognized material carries a Specialty Clearance and a Certificate of Authorship, both printed with a QR code and a unique ID so anyone can confirm they are genuine.
